INFORMATION ACCORDING TO ART. 13 OF D. LGS N. 196/2003

GrGioielli, informs its customers that:

1. Personal data is required for the management of orders and, upon consent given during registration, can be used for promotional purposes and / or sale, and to compile statistics which serve to monitor the degree of client satisfaction with the quality of services rendered and to the work done in order to better focus on the needs of the clientele. Failure to consent to data processing for commercial and promotional purposes without prejudice to the conduct of activities required for the conclusion of the process of order ’on line’.


2. for the purposes referred to in paragraph A, shall be permitted to make processing of such data, in addition to the data controller, whether the employees responsible for marketing operations. Data will not be disclosed to third parties


3. The treatment of data is done through the use of hand tools, computer and internet by the Vendor and / or its agents. In any case the treatment is done with logic strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes and in any event to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, which will be managed and protected in areas where access is under constant review.


4. The Handler of these data is GrGioielli, Via Giacomo Mancini, 125 - 87100 Cosenza


5. In relation to the processing of these data the Customer under Article. 7 D. Decree Law No. 196/2003 entitled to obtain from GrGioielli:
   
   
   1. The confirmation of the existence of personal data, their communication in an understandable and knowledge of their origin and the logic on which it is processed;
   
   
   2. cancellation within a reasonable time, of their data, their transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
   
   
   3. updating data, their correction or, if interested, their integration;
   
   
   4. confirmation that the transactions referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, were brought to the attention of those that have been disclosed, unless it proves impossible or involves the use of disproportionate means.
   
   
6. The Customer is also entitled to oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of collection.
